Mental health support that's there when you need it

Articles. Weekly tips. Journals. Webinars. All free. Always accessible.

Whether it's 2am or 2pm, whether you're anxious about exams or just feeling off - there's something here that might help.

Is this for me?

Basically, if you've ever felt...
  • Like everyone else has it figured out except you
  • Anxious about exams, relationships, or just... everything
  • Stuck in your head overthinking at 3am
  • Like you should talk to someone but don't know where to start
  • Overwhelmed by college, work, family, life
Yeah. This is for you.
1 in 4 of us will experience mental health difficulties each year, so we're just here with simple, practical tips that help. The kind of stuff you can actually use when you're lying awake stressing about tomorrow.

Your mental health is the most valuable asset you have. Protect and strengthen it as much as you can.

What you get

Here's the deal - Every week, we'll send you:

  • Short articles that don't waffle on
  • Infographics you can actually remember

Why We Made This

Because mental health support shouldn't only happen between 9-5 when the wellbeing team's in.

Because sometimes you just need something at midnight when everything feels too much.

Because 1 in 4 of us struggle with our mental health every year, and pretending we're all fine helps nobody.

Your wellbeing team is still here

This isn't replacing them. This is just something extra for when you need it, how you need it.

FAQs

Yes. We don't track who you are, we just need an email address to send the tips to. We adhere to strict data protection policies to ensure your information is secure.

Nope. This is separate from college systems.

Every email has links to the Hub of Hope and the college wellbeing team. If you're struggling, please reach out - they're there to help.

Yes, anytime. There's a link at the bottom of every email.

We are committed to keeping The Vault up-to-date and relevant. New resources are added on a monthly basis to ensure we address current topics within society and the College.

One email a week. That's it. (Unless we add something urgent, which would be rare.)
