Mental Health Playbook: One tip. Every week. Actually useful.
The Mental Health Playbook is just a weekly email with one simple thing you can try when life feels overwhelming. No essays. Just real tips for real problems.
What kind of tips are we talking about? Stuff like:
When you can't stop overthinking:
A 60-second technique to interrupt the spiral before it takes over your whole night
When anxiety hits before an exam:
What to do in the moment
When you're doom-scrolling at 2am:
How to actually get out of the scroll and get some sleep
When everyone else seems to have it together:
Why your brain lies to you about this (and what to remember instead)
When you feel like you're failing at everything:
One question to ask yourself that changes the whole picture
When you need to talk but don't know how to start:
Exact words to use when reaching out feels impossible
The tip: The 3-3-3 Technique - Name 3 things you can see - Name 3 sounds you can hear - Move 3 parts of your body
Sounds simple (almost too simple?) but it works because it interrupts the thought spiral and brings you back to right now instead of staying stuck in your head.
Why it helps: Your anxious brain is usually focused on the past or future. This technique forces you into the present moment, which is way less stressful.
Try it: Next time you're lying awake overthinking, give it 60 seconds. See what happens.
One mental health tip a week, direct to your smart device.
Simple, uncomplicated suggestions.
Small changes can make a big difference.
